Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Angelo State University and her Master of Science in Nursing – Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from University of Texas at Arlington. Courtney is certified by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the American Board of Cardiovascular Medicine and has over twelve years providing nursing care in cardiac and intensive care settings. She will be providing dedicated intensive care in the ICU at Shannon Medical Center.
