Fur The brand is a women-owned and led foundation on a mission to bring awareness to canine cancer while providing financial assistance to pets who face a cancer diagnosis requiring extensive veterinary care in which their owners are unable to afford. We are on a mission to change the narrative on canine cancer and believe that no owner should have to make the difficult decision to put a pet down or neglect medical needs because of the costs involved.

FUR THE BRAND The Veterinary Cancer Society estimates 1 in 4 dogs will develop cancer at some point and almost 50 of dogs over age 10 will develop cancer. An estimated 6 million dogs and nearly 6 million cats will be diagnosed with cancer this year. Dear Fur The Brand Community, It is with grateful hearts that we share the news that Fur The Brand will be pausing our operations, effective 5/5. As we reflect on the incredible journey we've embarked on together, we are filled with gratitude for the unwavering support, compassion, and dedication that our community has shown us over the years. When we first began this mission, our goal was to make a meaningful impact in the lives of dogs, and their families, affected by cancer.
