Assist families battling devasting or terminal illness that cannot afford to support their needs. Funds will be provided for treatment, transportation, and living expenses.2. Provide support for disadvantaged youth in sports so they may excel in their goal of achieving college schloarships.

LANTO GRIFFIN ATHLETE PHILANTHROPIST HOMETOWN HERO Lanto came from a supportive family with very humble beginnings in Blacksburg VA . Throughout his childhood his father owned a healthfood store and mother was a gardener. At 8years old Lanto received his first set of golf clubs a sweet surprise coming from a family of nongolfers. The next few years were among the toughest for Lanto as his father slowly deteriorated from a brain tumor.
