AIRES was founded in 1986 by Vivian Taylor. Vivian's experience as a special education teacher in sheltered workshops led to her vision of creating community based services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to provide legendary human services to individuals with disabilities by consistently promoting our core values: Empowerment, Mutual Respect, Passion, Accountability, Trust, Honesty and a Yes-we-can Attitude.
