The nonpartisan Arizona Center for Civic Leadership at the Flinn Foundation enhances civic life in Arizona through civic education, leadership, and engagement programs, including the Flinn-Brown Fellowship, CivEx, and the Arizona Leadership Collaborative. To improve the quality of life in Arizona to benefit future generations. This mission is pursued by improving the competitiveness of Arizona's biomedical/research enterprise; by strengthening Arizona's public universities through an undergraduate scholarship program; by enhancing the creative and financial health of Arizona's principal arts-and-culture organizations; and by enhancing civic life in Arizona through education, engagement, and leadership programs.
