BUILDING MORE THAN A BOAT! All Hands Boatworks is a non-profit focused on youth development. All Hands Boatworks, Inc. (AHB) founded in May 2013, is a Milwaukee-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that exists to build the capacities, confidence, resilience, and futures of Milwaukee’s youth through wooden boat building, work experiences, and on-the-water recreational activities. AHB teaches the craft of wooden boat building to support positive youth development, educational success, and workforce preparation, while youth also learn about Milwaukee’s freshwater assets – our rivers and Great Lakes. Since its founding, AHB has led more than 6,500 Milwaukee-area youths in more than 155 boatbuilding projects. At All Hands Boatworks, it is about building more than a boat!
