Women Driving Change in Motorsports Helping fuel a new generation of women in motorsports Our mission is to inspire the next generation of girls to learn more about motorsports by sharing our love of racing; providing the opportunity for them to see it, dream it and do it. The Della Penna Motorsports NextGen Foundation is a 501C-3 organization that empowers girls between the ages of 5-16 with the knowledge, expertise, skill and mentorship – and most importantly, the opportunities – to supercharge a future in motorsports – whether it’s behind the wheel, in the pits, or behind a computer. From the classroom, to the track, to the podium, our love of motorsports will engage and support girls as they join the next generation of motorsports professionals ... race car drivers, chassis designers, team engineers, or mechanics.
