Hospice Foundation of the East Bay
Hospice East Bay has been providing comfort to patients and their families throughout Contra Costa County since 1977. We offer a range of services including palliative care, hospice care, inpatient care and grief support. The mission of the Hospice Foundation of the East Bay is to raise the monies necessary to ensure Hospice of the East Bay's operating stability and future financial requirements. The Foundation makes it possible for Hospice of the East Bay to care for all medically qualified patients, regardless of their ability to pay for services, and to maintain The Center for Grief and Loss, Bruns House (inpatient care), and the Comfort for Kids programs.

Hospice Foundation of the East Bay
Today marks the beginning of National Hispanic Heritage Month. This celebration starts on September 15 in recognition of the independence anniversaries of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua, with Mexico and Chile following on September 16 and 18. We honor the rich history, accomplishments, and contributions of Hispanic Americans to our communities and the world.
