Chorus Angelorum is a premier a cappella vocal ensemble of male and female voices, formed in 2001. The purpose of Chorus Angelorum of St. Petersburg, Florida, Inc., is to provide the finest chamber and small ensemble choral and instrumental music to St. Petersburg and the greater Tampa Bay region through performances, education and outreach. The corporation supports primarily two music ensembles. Chorus Angelorum, a vocal group specializing in a cappella choral music, and Iona Consort, a group of instrumentalists specializing in chamber and unique ensemble music. Concerts are free and open to the public.

In our heart of hearts we are still committed to the music of that period and we cherish keeping alive the works of composers like Giovani Gabrielli Orlando Gibbons Thomas Morely Claudio Montiverdi Henrich Schutz and Giovanni Palestrina to name a few in our repertoire. Who We Have Become Who We Have Become Who We Have Become As we have grown in our life together as an a cappella performance group we have expanded our musical horizons to include the music of the Baroque and Romantic periods as well as early 20th century pieces Early American composers and even contemporary and popular styles.
