Hi! We're a nonprofit that offers free projects for creating our own OK. Visit us at okyou.org or linktr.ee/okyou_org OK You’s mission is to support young people in using creative wellness practices to navigate complex emotions and stay connected to their OK selves. As the number of youth struggling with anxiety and depression continues to rise (1 in 3 according to the CDC), this work has never been more urgent. In response to this crisis, we develop and provide free arts and wellness projects and resources to over 100 schools and youth-supporting organizations in Oregon and thousands of individuals across the country through our website. We also offer youth and caregiver workshops, and professional development/support to school counselors, teachers, and others in trusted roles with young people.
