More Than Apples | REDUCING WASTE FEEDING FAMILIES REDUCING WASTE FEEDING FAMILIES More Than Apples Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded by Kendra Montijo in 2018 with a vision to improve food insecurity in our local community while actively reducing food waste. More Than Apples Inc is a food redistribution program in the community of North County San Diego reaching South Coastal and Riverside communities as well via our ambassador driving program. We operate on the power of our volunteers and believe in ability of our local community to lift up our fellow neighbors and adopt a vision of abundance while increasing food security for all.
