Visionz of Love Menu Our Board Tarra Waker Founder Director Tarra Waker has over 20 years of experience in the customer service and hospitality industry. After earning her GED she pursued studies in Human Services and Early Childhood Development. Although she did not obtain a formal degree her passion for community service youth development and helping others flourished. She served for several years as a Community Coordinator and Criminal Justice Chair on the NAACP Board of Chapter 3201.
