The purpose for which the corporation is organized is exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. TLH's mission is to present high-quality art music written in the last one hundred years, acting as a liaison between modern and contemporary music. TLH wishes to create a culturally enriching environment where those who love classical music from the 20th century to our days, as well as those who are new to it, can explore this rich yet largely underrepresented repertoire.
