Pacific Pride Foundation (PPF) serves the LGBTQ+ community in Santa Barbara County. Pacific Pride Foundation is dedicated to ensuring a vibrant, thriving, and visible LGBTQ+ community. Founded in 1976, PPF continues to be a leader on California’s Central Coast, providing counseling, youth and senior programming, education and training, and HIV and Hep-C prevention services, including the only syringe exchange program in Santa Barbara County.
