The Korean American Federation of Los Angeles (KAFLA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that serves the Korean American community of Los Angeles County. Founded in 1962, KAFLA represents and promotes the interests of the Korean American community. Our mission is to represent and empower the Korean American community of Los Angeles County. We aim to protect and advocate for the rights and interests of our community, foster amicable relations and cultural exchange between Korea and the United States, and promote interaction and understanding between the Korean American and neighboring multiethnic communities. Our vision is to bridge generations and organizations and to prepare the next generation of leaders of the Korean American community. We serve over 40,000 people annually through our wide range of programs and services.
