CHILD WELFARE CITIZENS BOARD OF OKLAHOMA INC
The Child Abuse Response Team (C.A.R.T.) House is a child advocacy center that provides a warm and caring home environment for child victims of abuse. Joanne Riley, Executive Director The C.A.R.T. House provides a child friendly, home-like atmosphere for children and their non-offending caregivers. Children are interviewed only one time, their interview is recorded and provided to investigators and District Attorney. Cases are tracked by the Team throughout the life of the case to ensure all needs of the child and family are met. The C.A.R.T. House also provides community outreach and education to the public and working professionals regarding child abuse issues.
