The Harv Toback Fund for the Arts The Harv Toback Fund for the Arts Who We Are The Harv Toback Fund for the Arts was established in 2017. Our mission is to raise muchneeded funding for art therapy programs for hospitals and medical facilities. Harv believed in the healing power of art and so his legacy lives on as we continue to do the work he started. Updates We are so pleased to announce that we have fully funded our threeyear Harv Toback Creative Arts Therapy Fellowship.
