CCRC was proud to provide a 6721000 loan to enable this project. CCRC is California39s premier multifamily affordable housing lender and responding to California39s statewide affordable housing crisis is our business. LENDING PRODUCTS CCRCs lending products provide term financing for multifamily rental housing throughout California through a taxable mortgage pool and by committing to directly purchase tax exempt bonds.
