We serve as an objective resource for all sectors and facilitate the coordination of regional scientific research to collaboratively and efficiently deepen understanding. At the heart of ROSAs work is a communityof fishermen offshore wind developers academics government representatives and othersunited behind a common goal objective collaborative science.
