ANIMAL WELFARE INC
This organization's primary purpose is to alleviate animal suffering through humane education, Spay and Neuter Subsidy Program and Emergency Vet Care for Needy Pets. Our Hotline phone service provides information and referrals to persons with animal-related problems or questions. We provided free literature on responsible pet care, health issues and other animal-related topics. We have developed a Humane Education Booklet for teachers of grades K through 3. We also have become a sanctuary for those animals unable to be adopted for whatever reasons. Currently we are caring for 100 dogs and about 90 cats ... and 1 horse.
