Partners for Change Tri-Valley | enabling financial literacy through community | Alameda County
We are a community-based effort to empower people to chart their course out of poverty by creating intentional friendships across financial class lines. We empower people to break the cycle of poverty and build a life of self-sufficiency. We started as an answer to the root causes of poverty. Rather than address the symptoms of situational or generational poverty, we came together to empower people with life skills like communication, budgeting, and goal setting keeping an eye on self-reliance.
