The mission of Parents and Friends is to provide opportunities for people with developmental challenges and similar needs to fully participate in the community. The Organization provides training in living and working skills through various activities and programs. The organization receives significant funding from the State of California's Department of Rehabilitation, and the California Department of Rehabilitation, for services provided in its various programs.
