Home Properties Services Housing Application Contact More Serving Santa Cruz County Since 1981 CFSC History CFSC Inc. was established in 1981 as a 501c3 charitable organization to devote efforts toward obtaining of facilities vehicles and equipment for the benefit of Encompass Community Services formerly the Santa Cruz Community Counseling Center. CFSC has secured 61 units of independent and transitional housing across ten 10 properties throughout Santa Cruz County. CFSC has also secured seven 7 facilities that are utilized by some of Encompass programs for residential treatment outpatient counseling and administrative purposes.
