Our Mission Relational Culture We build capacity within communities to foster a resilient interdependent relational culture of connection and inclusive collaboration. We work to transform the dominant culture of disconnection desensitization isolation and exclusion and strive to align with the life protective principles of our social ecology. Our Purpose Relational Uprising is a nonprofit training and coaching institute with a mission to build resilient interdependent and relational culture within organizations and communities working for social change. We specialize in a Relational Culture building strategy which goes beyond harm reduction and mutual care to generate and promote a thriving culture of connection belonging and inclusion.
