The corporation is organized for the charitable and educational purposes of improving the health and lives of persons and families who have experienced or are experiencing loss, distress, grief, depression and trauma by providing a healing center with alternative types of therapeutic methods, such as practicing meditation, mindfulness and positive thinking, to promote stress relief, coping skills, and mental and physical well-being. Provided education and guidance to help persons improve upon and develop capabilities to cope with and overcome distress in their lives and to promote healthy living in dealing with hardships. The corporation serves all people without regard to race, gender or religious belief.
