Home | Inclusive Housing Coalition | Affordable Housing in Colorado Help influence housing policy by joining the Colorado Intentional Communities Research Project. Who We Are Today over 20000 adults with an IDD live with caregivers over the age of 60. What will happen when their caregivers are no longer able to care for them. Colorado is facing a housing crisis as the number of individuals with an IDD living at home climbs each year and the lack of affordable supportive housing declines.
