About Us Grants Funds The Butch Oustalet Foundation Fund Media Contact More The Bacot Foundation Enhancing lives in our Gulf Coast Region with a focus on youth education the arts and other worthy causes. The Bacot Foundation is the Coastal leader in helping to identify and addressing various needs throughout the Gulf Coast region. We are fortunate that we receive a tremendous outpouring of community support through which we continue to help make a difference in the lives of so many. We are an IRS recognized public charity as described in section 509 a 1 of the IRS Code and a 501C 3 tax exempt organization which is governed by a Board of Directors composed of local civic and community leaders.
