Welcome to the Home of Teamsters Local 988 I have had the pleasure of serving as the President of Local 988 since January 2007 and under my leadership we have generated a tremendous amount of growth in our ranks. Currently Local 988 boasts a membership of over 8000 workers from various trades at more than 30 companies. We have achieved this by leveraging technology to build and improve Local 988 so that we continue to grow in strength unity and solidarity. Every day we fight for good wages benefits and retirement security because serving our members and their family is Local 988s top priority.
