At SVEC, The Power Behind the Lines isn’t just electricity—it’s people like Daniel Patton. Born and raised in Dunlap, Daniel now serves as SVEC’s Safety Coordinator, making sure our crews go home safe every day. But his story goes far beyond the job… After surviving a serious motorcycle accident, Daniel found out he was the only bone marrow match in the country for a 17-year-old cancer patient. Still healing from his injuries, he went through with the painful donation anyway—giving a second chance at life to someone he’d never met. He’s also a dedicated dad, a songwriter, and a member of the band Camp Normal.
