The Selkirk Conservation Alliance (SCA) is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization Mission Statement: To engage the public in southern Selkirk resource and land management issues through cooperation, scientific inquiry, education, and economic diversification.Geographic Area: The Selkirk Conservation Alliance advocacy area includes approximately 2,755 square miles in northeast Washington and the northern panhandle of Idaho. It encompasses the communities of Metaline Falls, Ione, Cusick, Newport, Priest River, Coolin, Nordman, Sandpoint, and Bonners Ferry.
