We carry out humanitarian relief and international development projects in the sectors of education, mother and child health, income-generating activities, water & sanitation, child protection and rehabilitation, to the benefit of thousands of children. "As long as even just one child will remain hungry, sick, abandoned, unhappy or suffering, whoever he or she is, wherever he or she is, the Terre des hommes movement, created for this purpose, will work for his or her immediate and complete help". We are Friends of Terre des Hommes, and we share this mission. Terre des Hommes protects children from violence, abuse and exploitation and ensures that every child has access to education, medical care, food and protection. Our intent is to promote the work of Terre des Hommes to the American public and find new sources of support for the most deserving projects, especially those for the protection of the most vulnerable children and families in Central and South America
