THE BLFGA INTENDS TO PROMOTE THE OUTDOORS AND OUTDOOR SPORTS TO ALL POEPLE, WITH A SPECIAL FOCUS ON YOUTH IN AN EFFORT TO CONSERVE THE OUTDOOR CULTURE OF THE AREA. WE WILL WORK TO EDUCATE PEOPLE WITH REGARDS TO SAFETY, ETHICS, CHARACTER, LEADERSHIP, RESPONSIBILITY, AND CONSERVATION.
