TO SERVE MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC THROUGH FINANCIAL HELP FOR NSA MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO ARE FACING HEALTH OR NATURAL DISASTER EMERGENCIES, PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR SPEECH/COMMUNICATIONS STUDENTS, AND FUND RESEARCH RELATED TO SPEAKING PROFESSION.
