A multi-use municipal community center project to revitalize the historic Luck's bean factory in Seagrove amid the thriving pottery tradition. Historic Lucks Cannery has retained its industrial beginnings but has been modernized to include all the conveniences, technology and comfort of today. This historic location is ideal for hosting events, as a business location and as a community center. Historic Luck's Cannery is a multi-use, community center whose mission is to enrich the lives of the people in our community through the celebration of our creativity, promotion of economic development, community well-being, education and awareness of our cultural heritage.
