The New Friends of the Beaverton City Library is a Beaverton community of caring book-lovers making the joy of reading accessible and sustainable for everyone. We support our vision by: Supporting the Beaverton City Library to expand its services and programs in our community. Providing increased access to free books and media, especially to underserved communities and where the need is greatest. Offering the community an avenue for increased environmental stewardship, by accepting public donations of used media. Providing connection, friendship, skills development, and opportunities to serve our community through volunteerism.
