About Us Empowering Women to Reclaim Their Lives Soroptimist House of Hope SHOH is a nonprofit organization founded in 1981 with a mission to help women overcome substance use disorders and build lives of purpose and stability. Many of the women we serve face significant challenges including housing instability legal issues domestic violence and Child Protective Services CPS cases. At SHOH we provide the tools support and compassionate care they need to establish and maintain sobriety rebuild their lives and become thriving members of society. Soroptimist House of Hopeis dedicated exclusively to women offering residential substance abuse recovery programs that focus on holistic healing and personal transformation.
