The Corporation was created for the purpose of providing education events primarily to educate members of the Entrepreneur's Organization ("EO"), a tax exempt entity under Section 501(c)(3)of the Internal Revenue Code, on entrepreneurship, best business practices, leadership, organizational development, and other business topics and skills. The educational activities take place primarily at one annual event held in the fall in different regions of the United States. The purpose of the Corporation is to provide entrepreneurship education to members of EO, and that is its sole purpose.
