The mission of the Southeast Texas Family Resource Center, which is located in Beaumont's Charlton-Pollard neighborhood, is to create and support programs and to participate in collaborative efforts dedicated to fostering positive cycles of growth, development and personal responsibility. For the local children we serve, that translates into quality education, skill development, and a safe supportive and nurturing environment away from the negative influences in low-income neighborhoods.

We work to help provide the children of Southeast Texas a quality early education and a solid foundation to help them succeed in school and life. At the Family Resource Center we offer a safe haven for more than 200 children throughout the year ages 413 through afterschool programs and summer education enrichment. Our goal is to give our students a second home with loving caregivers and a chance to succeed in school and in their futures.
