Catholic in Recovery is a nonprofit organization that seeks to serve those suffering from substance abuse addiction and other psychological dependencies/addictions (including, but not limited to, pornography addiction, sex and relationship addiction, various eating disorders, gambling addiction, and codependency). To fulfill the mission of our ministry, we are dedicated to providing services and resources to both individuals and communities. Our website offers individual help through a community forum that allows those in recovery (or seeking recovery) to find support, encouragement, accountability, and answers to important questions. Furthermore, we offer parish alliance programs that equip communities to minister to the needs of those around them that suffer from addiction and psychological dependencies. These programs demonstrate the ability of the Church to provide healing for those living in darkness and spiritual loneliness.
