News, food, outdoors The primary purpose of the Lay It Out Foundation is to increase the role of local journalism in the Central Oregon community. The mission is to expand the ways that journalism can help empower a better local society. The foundation will services it's mission through support of reporters doing investigative journalism, and support other nonprofits who enable the community to service its more vulnerable members.
