Follow Us UPCOMING EVENTS ABOUT UCTA Our Mission The purpose of the Underground Construction Technology Association UCTA is to promote education training research and development information concerning traditional trenchless and rehabilitation technology and to promote the use of these technologies. UCTA serves to advance the science and practice of installing repairing maintaining and replacing utility lines as well as related facilities through construction and rehabilitation techniques. This also includes municipal water sewer wastewater gas distribution oilgas transmission and gathering lines telephone electric and cable systems. The association fulfills these objectives by providing a forum for members to share information to learn about these developments in its regular meetings and activities and through the support of specific external programs.
