An exceptional Catholic college-preparatory high school graduating young women who are empowered to transform the world. The specific purpose for which the Organization is formed is to provide grants to Mount Notre Dame High School for tuition assistance to be used primarily for academic scholarships with a priority of benefiting low-income students in order to i provide access to strong Catholic education taught in a safe nurturing and inclusive environment and ii eliminate financial barriers facing these students when trying to receive such education. The Corporation may also make distributions to other organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501c3 of the Code and conduct activities consistent with such purposes and the nonprofit corporation laws of the State of Ohio and Section 501c3 of the Code.
