Affinityfilms | Meaningful Media

We create 'meaningful media' to bring about awareness and social change for our must vulnerable and under-represented community members. This year we have created a photography exhibit honoring 16 women doing the "double duty' of facing cancer and Covid at the same time. We have also just finished a documentary on the little understood disease of lymphedema which impacts 20-40% of cancer patients worldwide. And we now have our second episode of "Silent No More" a documentary series in the can. This series personalizes the stories of the disproportionate numbers of indigenous women who have been murdered, gone missing, or lost a loved once. Our mission with this series is to promote justice, and eliminate systemic racism.
