JCEF is a nonprofit public charity founded in September 2018 to support the youth and community in and around Jacmel Haiti in the areas of the arts sciences technology and trade skills education. Our connection to Haiti goes back much further however. After the earthquake in 2010 the need for a new art center and school was recognized leading the foundation of Jakmel Ekspresyon JE.
