It is an "Earn while you learn" training program. DEVELOPING THE HIGHEST QUALITY ELECTRICAL WORKERS IN THE BATON ROUGE AND SURROUNDING AREAS, BY TRAINED FACULTY TEACHING AN APPROVED CURRICULUM.
