Join us at Sanctuary in the Woods where you can Rest, Refresh, Re-frame, and Re-engage your spirit! Sanctuary is a beautiful, sacred space where you can come to rest... then refresh your body/soul/spirit. Rested and refreshed, we believe you can reframe the current circumstances of your life - which can be done alone, or supported by our professional facilitators, coaches, and clergy. Your "final" step is to leave us and re-engage your life a bit more gently and consciously - because you were here with us at Sanctuary for a while...
