THE MISSION OF THE ORGINAZATION IS TO PROVIDE COUNSELING SERVICES ON AN OUTPATIENT BASIS FOR CHILDREN PLACED IN FOSTER CARE, FOSTER CARE PARENTS, AND THE BIOLOGICAL PARENTS OF FOSTER CHILDREN. THE CLINIC IS CERTIFIED BY THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH TO PERFORM SERVICES FOR THE SHORT/DOYLE MEDI-CAL PROGRAM.
