The Luu Wang Foundation is organized for one or more of the following purposes, including charitable, educational, scientific, research and any other related allowed activities as pertains to prevention of animal cruelty and the promotion of human wellness and well being via interactions with animals. Our primary purpose is to prevent cruelty to horses and promote human wellness by interactions with these animals. We will strive to encourage humane shelter, rehabilitation and training of retired thoroughbreds for second careers as therapy animals, riding horses, or companions of the believe that equine companionship promotes human well being and can provide meaningfully beneficial interactions.
