The Courtney Copeland Memorial Foundation was started to continue the community organizing of Courtney Copeland who was tragically killed March 4, 2017 This foundation was created in memory of Courtney Copeland. Our mission is " Changing lives and delivering hope one person at a time" ~Courtney Copeland Courtney Copeland Memorial Foundation was created to focus on helping people within the inner city communities who are underserved, underprivileged, and disenfranchised population. We plan to teach these computer literacy, economic, literacy, vocational skills and violence prevention. It helps to expand social and education through recreational and community services for students and their parents. The program help our adolescents make responsible decisions, build self-confidence, control their destiny and create positive community change while offering physical, social, and spiritual growth, leading to prevention of juvenile crime. Youth in crisis help reduce anti-social behavior, drug and alcohol abuse, and any participation in violent activities.
