The organization is dedicated to providing funds to colleges and universities for scholarships to outstanding students in need of financial assistance in the fields of science, technology, engineering and medicine. The funds are allocated annually to accredited educational institutions located in the southern California area. The scholarship programs are administered by each institution, and the selections of students are made by the institutions without regard to race, gender or religion. The recipient student must be a U.S. Citizen with an outstanding academic record and proven ability.
